This term’s photography challenge has been to photograph using black & white tones. Residents have been encouraged to look at patterns in the world around them & contrasts in texture. There have been some lovely and interesting pictures taken! We have also been looking towards our summer fete event on 2nd June – With a theme of ‘Beside the sea’ The artistic residents have been very creative in making some sea creature fridge magnets using air dry clay which are really fun & have been great to make. Using creative bright colours & using hands in a different way to mold the models helps them to stay active with their fine motor skills

Looking forward to May the Royal wedding takes place mid-month & we have flower arranging with Liz beforehand to help dress the tables for a wedding tea on the 19th May. Debs is busy pulling together some decor to dress Culliford House for the day too.
