Culliford House which employs 32 staff, has been recognised as an investor in people since 2003 and was awarded Bronze recognition in 2012 and again in 2014. This year we achieved Silver recognition which supports our business objectives and further develops good practice currently in place.
The aim of the home is to respond sensitively to the needs of each resident and their families. Our commitment is to provide the highest standard of residential and social care in a safe, comfortable and stimulating environment where individuality is recognised ensuring a person centered approach is adopted.
We pride ourselves in staff retention, training ,personal development and flexibility. Staff feel the approach by management makes them feel valued and appreciated and say it’s like working for an extended family and enjoy their work.
